I was introduced to Furnace Doctors when I purchased my home and I had a home warranty that covered some repairs I needed. They were so good that when my boiler had issues this year and my warranty had expired, I called them up. They are always so friendly and personable. Their guy JJ came out to diagnose and then it was just about waiting for my part to arrive. Once that came in, John called and got me scheduled right away. John came and did the repair.
Yes, it’s frustrating waiting for parts to come in, but that has nothing to do with the great service I received. I would highly recommend these folks!
