Heat pump is broken. JJ the tech assigned, found a dead mouse on the capacitor, he checked the compressor, was ok, and ordered the part from Lennox. I was impressed with this company, A night before I read the reviews, some not so good. I was skeptical, but now I’m happy that everybody turned out to be perfectly alright. Thank you AHS for sending this company to repair my AC. Good job. By the way, it was very fast getting the response to my claim.
